The operation of Compter sur demain relies on a team about fifteen voluntary workers, mostly members of the Board of Directors, from different professional sectors : humanitarian and social, financial and legal, public administration and communication etc. The directors are responsible for areas of activities and/or programs according to their skills and availability.

In 2021, the association recruited its first employee, Justine LABORDE, CSD volunteer for 7 years in the partner NGO Terr'Ativa in Brazil.

Compter sur demain has the invaluable help of  young volunteers at headquarters and abroad.
